Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & AED Course

    In the Emergency First Response CPR and AED course, you will learn the necessary emergency care steps in the right order, so you do the right things at the right time.  You will learn to apply emergency care following the same priorities used by medical professionals.  The skills you will learn apply specifically to CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) use. These are skills that you can use to help others in need no matter where you are.

    Course Content CPR & AED:

    • Scene Assessment, Barrier Use, Primary Assessment, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR, child and infant) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use (child).

    Duration

    This 4 hour course is video, book and instructor led. 

    Certification

    Upon successful completion of this course students will be issued with a credit card sized certificate recognised internationally. This certificate will be valid for 2 years.

    Cancellation policy

    Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance to the start of the course. Late cancellations, 48 hours or less prior to the start of the course, will be charged. A minimum of 10 people on the course is required.
